The dev-master now points to the master of the repository while the v1.0.0 tag points to the version working with Symfony only in version 2.1.
Does this fix your issue?

This doesn't fix my issue.
If you follow the sementic versionning you should tag your project with a tag like 1.0.1.
Like this, all people which using your bundle can install the stable release.
