jcan's Issues

Received Frame buffer blocks when it is full, rather than dropping new frames.

Description

If you open a Bus with a receive queue of size 250, and then send 500 frames using cansend, you will find that you can actually still call bus.receive() and get 500 frames in return.

This is bad, because it means the extra 250 frames are being buffered somewhere else (by Linux) - which might lead to undefined behaviors for applications using JCAN.

Fix

To fix this, the jcan_recv_thread will need to change how it sends to the MPSC queue.
Currently it uses .send, but it will need to be modified to use .try_send.
