To install / run:

If this code is meant to be open source, it would be nice to add a LICENSE file to clarify how you'd like it to be used.
Currently, the timer is set to next Tuesday if today is Tuesday - fix that.
It would be cool if fennecbot could show changes in Fennec bugs like bugbot does on the #bmo channel. We could probably use the sopel bugzilla module.

I see a lot of users say, "Hello!" only for no one to respond – let's change that!
We should also consider having fennecbot teach the user how to ping people (to send notifications).
We should also be weary of timezones (e.g. don't ping Emily if it's 5pm pst) and maybe tell users what normal working hours are.
