Works when referencing locally in IDE.

See if we can actually generate code with a JVM target and use it within a JS build. Would like to test with the Korge game engine.

Currently, all the untyped tilesets are instantiated and referenced from Project. When typed layers are generated this gets overridden with a new instantiation of the a tileset.

Add a way create the typed tilesets in the typed Project and reference them from the typed Layer.

The main focus of this project is to allow parsing and loading of LDtk files and levels to be easy. That includes the code generation. I don't use LibGDX, although it was my original intent when I first started this, and don't have time to try to maintain the LibGDX projects as I am no expert at LibGDX.

This LibGDX projects will move to be a sample project, most likely in another repository, that can still be referenced and forked if anyone wants to use it as a base and update it.
