Need to get documentation all set and ready to go. Current plan is to use sphinx's autodoc capabilities and integrate with readthedocs. This includes writing out an initial README.

test for waffle

Need to setup module's initial skeleton, containing the following files:

• init.py
• geogen.py

Should be checked with pep8 for docstring compliance. Also need to add main function entry point into geogen.py (argparse).

Need to get project all ready to go for adding in unit tests. Current plan is to use pytest as the testing suite, adding in plugins for pylint, pep8 and coverage.

Planning on using the following continuous integration services:

• AppVeyor (for testing on Windows)
• TravisCI (for testing on Linux)

Might also throw buildkite in there just for fun later on, in order to experiment with their local agent capabilities and CI with Docker.

Need to fill out/configure pyproject.toml to be ready to go for publishing onto pypi. Might take some time, as other issues need to be closed out first (see #2 and #3).
