Seems like a mismatch: we have one feature but it's really two features? i.e. text says:
Relational databases have one unique and very powerful feature...: primary keys and foreign keys.

Unique? compared to what? If no comparisons offered, maybe omit "unique"?
Can save "very" for when it really matters. Maybe we don't need that word?

Maybe say this?:
Relational databases have a powerful feature that allows us to establish relationships between multiple tables: primary keys and foreign keys.

This doesn't solve the "a feature" is not equal to "two things" problem, but it makes the difference less noticeable. Removing the colorful wording (unique/very) would put the emphasis on combo of "primary keys and foreign keys."
