The question asks which of the two examples uses the case statement best (or both), however, the second example uses the .. operator, which has not been introduced up to this point and creates unnecessary confusion.

Sometimes the quizzes will have the first question automatically guessed as the first option. Refreshing the page seems to reset the quiz so it can be started correctly.

@ktravers @SophieDeBenedetto Could one of you look at the markdown here and fix? I feel like it would be desirable to make the code blocks themselves the answer options (which I believe is supported?)

Every time I start quiz pages, some or all questions are selected with correct answers. They go blank after I refresh the page.

The 2nd question "Of the follow 2 examples, which uses the case statement the best?"
The test stated the correct answer was the case setup using when/then, nothing in the previous material that was teaching case statements talks about when/then being a way you can setup a case statement.

I'm wondering why the second example is the best case statement of the two.

As I choose the answer as the first one in quiz #1, I guess there is no slightly implicated meaning, like "welcome back ,#{name}" or "Hi #{name}" should be applied for everyone. Is this the reason to choose the second one as the best case statement? If it is, it might be better to edit the first Quiz to make it better :)

I'm wondering what is the teaching point in Quiz 2.

Plus, Is there then syntax in the case statement in Ruby? On my research, it's not common obviously.

This is my first time opening and attempting this quiz, yet there are answers that have already been selected.
