1. _domainForApiKey should be _fromName

Line 67: instead of

It should be

Your readme refers to a script called update-database that is missing from your repo.

After publishing it to IIS, I click the add items link but the shopping cart remains empty.

Item page contains all the items, Item page should contain list of categories on left side and on clicking category, item of selected category will be shown. I think this is very necessary feature of that very helpful application that you have open sourced.
