@mazzystr It seems like Jekyll does not have hooks for includes :( Correct me if I'm wrong. I have seen that other people has struggled with the same problem: https://talk.jekyllrb.com/t/hook-for-layouts-or-includes/3364. I don't really want to go down the monkey patch road if I can avoid it.
Any help or information about this would be appreciated.

I come from the asciidoc world where this is not a problem.

Asciidoc has much more power embedded. Too bad it didn't win the format battle :) But this is more of a Jekyll problem, than a Markdown problem.

I got that error when didn't load jekyll premotion plugin at all

This is a Jekyll problem primarily. It must be solved there before I can fix it in Premonition. Sorry.
