Every time a refresh is triggered in Aptivator the renderer scrolls to the top of the document. This is annoying.

Implementing support for images is hard since relative image urls often are relative to a maven project and not the apt file itself. But we should try to hack the support by searching for the image within a limited set of parent directories.

File open should start in the folder for the current document or have an easy way to get there.

A lot of the error messages today are logged in StdOut. I want it to be logged in a monitor window instead.
