删除Model时，应当删除相关资源
若删除用户，用户上传的视频可以由数据库设置的CASCADE级联管理，但用户上传的头像需要手动删除。删除视频也是一样，要把视频文件和缩略图删除。可以考虑在signals里将这个功能实现。
服务器上的文本文件编码
添加如Reading的content等文本文件时，应将其自动转成URF8编码以供前端解析。浏览器调试服务器上更改的文件时，记得清除cookie。
