UNK - how to handle words that aren't in the corpus?

Hello - thank you for creating this library!

Quick question: would it be possible for the library to handle words that are not in the corpus? Perhaps during the transform_document function call, it could automatically replace each missing word with a UNK? It's currently throwing a KeyError

Hardcoded phrase delimeter

Hello, @latorrefabian !
Thanks for your lib. I've found it very helpful for me.
As for me it would be more convenient if user could set his own phrase delimeter as parameter.
I've done this issue in my fork of your repo. Would you mind if I create pull-request with this issue?
