Merge with other attempt to maintain LNI class

@sieversMartin is in parallel creating an updated version of the template at https://github.com/sieversMartin/LNI.

I am in contact with him to join forces. This issue is created to make other interested persons aware of that.

Fix errors in lnig.bst

When compiling the example template, bibtex fails with following errors:

I think, this is an issue in lnig.bst itself. We should either fix that or switch to biblatex, which seems to be easier to implement styles and also provides support for \citeauthor and UTF-8. See http://tex.stackexchange.com/q/13509/9075 for more links on biblatex.
