The total length of the wheel assembly is too long and do not fit on the M5x22 low profile bolt.

3mm aluminium plate+ 6mm spacer + 1mm washer + 11mm whee results in only 1mm thread left for the nut:

Our solution was to remove the 1mm washer from assembly and change the sled spacer's height..
For us a spacer of 3,5mm (3mm PMMA, 0,5mm plastic from Nucleo board packaging) was optimal, 4mm was too thick.

Holes in end plate pieces have a diameter of 2mm but they should be 3mm

In the current setup it is hard to add pretension to the lead screw for eliminating axial play.

Currently I see two possible options here:

• Spring washer
  Like DIN 137 Type B ("Federscheibe gewell"t), but thinner. I guess the DIN137 ones are too thick and need way too much force to bend.
• Pretention nut

  Questions:
  Is lead screw long enough?
  Thrust bearing needed to support axial force on bearings?

MicroswitchBracket2.stl cannot be mounted flat on aluminum profile. The part that goes into the slot a bit goes too deep, it prevents the screw to be fully tightened
