Okay, the issue is that it's missing the systools.ndll file, I thought I had packed that in with it. I'll fix that tomorrow perhaps, in the time being you can work around it by looking for the systools.ndll file in one of the dq1 builds in the other folder and putting it in the root directory of the dq2 executable.
