As I am getting deeper into webcrawling, these ideas are not going work. Closing this issue, to rethink the approach.

I have been starting to test WebDriver + headless browser in order to render Javascript.
But it seems that modern websites are more crawler friendly and there is no much need.
We need examples of websites that we cannot handle well.
For the text extraction part the suggested approach is to us the builtin text-extractor agent that uses Apache Tika to handle HTML.
If the text is not grabber correctly then we have to fine tune Tika.
