Fixed some errors with my forked repo

I fixed an error inside of the EmployeeService Controller class, and a few spelling mistakes and html mistakes.

details of what I did:

Fixed unclosed tag in home.jsp file
Fixed grammar and spelling mistakes in EmployeeService class
Cleaned up EmployeeService controller to be more readable to other developers
Reformatted home.jsp to be more readable and concise
Fixed a redundant language=java tag in home.jsp
Fixed some basic typos
