This whole thing needs JavaDoc!

Currently, there is only the current game week. Users and other developers may wish to use additional functionality, such as current week of year and current week of month.

• Implement Week of Year
• Implement Week of Month

There should be a user interface for users to review the calendar. Views should be the following:

• Week
• Month
• Year

In theory, all the math currently in CalendarSystem should work without issue. However, at the start of year 1 (first year in-game), Seasons reports 2 Jan 1 as being the -8th day of Winter. This should say "24th day of Winter."

We are lacking in the ability to use custom formatting for the dates. We should probably use the same formatting marks as java.text.SimpleDateFormat.

Additionally, we should look into adding a new calendar configuration value for the default format, and also a user-customizable format string (maybe in settings?).
