trophies are stored within the same dev_hdd0 folder as games the path to get them is : dev_hdd0/home/00000001/trophy.
Inside there are folders which correspond to each games you have. These contains all the trophies images and also a TROPCONF.SFM which contains the name and details of all the trophies within the game and also there is a TROPUSR.DAT.
TROPUSR.DAT doesn't seems to be readable but it might contains the trophies obtain by the user.
