Let's get some cool font for the game "HUD" that displays the player names, the "welcome" message, etc.

There's also an opportunity for slick UI enhancements to the game page.

Currently if a user creates a game the game is held in memory so if the user backs out and then create a new game, the game manager returns an existing game already for the user, and doesn't generate the new gameId and url to send to a friend.

Need to look into both

1. Take the user to existing game with gameId and URL if they're the creating User.
   and
2. Adding a button to manually end the game. So the user can create a brand new game.
