What Is a Team Space?

It's a public part of the workspace that can be accessed by all members of your account. Here you can keep projects that require input or attention from your whole team.

All projects, tasks, and folders that you create in your team space get automatically shared with everyone in your account.

Use the "Bookmarks" section to store external links to resources that your team uses on a regular basis (for example Google Docs, conference calls or Youtube videos).

Types of Spaces

There are three types of Spaces in Wrike. Each have different access rights:

• Personal space with your private info (unless you explicitly share it with others)
• Public space that can be viewed and joined by any members of your account (e.g. your team space)
• Private spaces that can only be joined via an invite from the Space admin

How Does Sharing Work in Wrike?

Users can see only those spaces, projects, tasks, and folders that are shared with them. It means that what you see in your workspace may be different from what your teammates see in their workspaces.

Besides providing access to your work items on space level, you can selectively share or unshare your tasks, folders, and projects with specific users or user groups. This way each member of your team will see only work items relevant to them.

How to Manage Your Team Work on Team Dashboard?

Track your team's work on the pre-built team dashboard. It shows all tasks in your team space.

This dashboard includes four widgets to help you monitor your team's work progress by task statuses:

• New
• In progress
• Completed
• On hold

You can change the status of the task by dragging and dropping it to the corresponding widget.

Customize this dashboard by adding more widgets from the library or editing existing ones. Learn how

This dashboard is shared with the "My Team" group, which includes all members of your account. It means that all new users will get access to it automatically when they join your account. Learn how

Can you provide a short description of what you were doing?
I put sparc-science into Chrome, and got the Unsafe message and still have the Not Secure red icon

Can you provide specific and detailed procedure of what went wrong?
The cert chosen by sparc.science doesn't appear to be a Trusted Source, and so I get a splash page when entering it in requiring that I click on an Advanced link to enter the site. When I click on the Red Not Secure icon in the URL, it says the cert is Invalid and not trusted

How would you like the experience to improve?
I would like not to be worried that a site I'm entering is unsafe per the notice being displayed to me.

What Is a Personal Space?

It's a private part of the workspace for your eyes only. You can keep your personal to-do lists, tasks with ad-hoc ideas, and reminders here. You can also include the most important project, folders, and tasks you’re working on.

Remember: all tasks, projects, and folders you create here are private unless you explicitly share them with someone.

How to Provide Access to Your Personal Work?

There are three ways to share tasks, projects, and folders with someone in Wrike:

1. @mention users or user groups in the comment section to share work items with them. Learn how
