If bumerge encounters a list, it can either merge the entries or replace one with the other. The user should be able to select one or the other

Use the actual schema definitions to validate the configuration.

If a user desires it, we should inline the files defined in storage.files[] based on .contents.local

Each Butane config must have a variant and a version. bumerge should check it's there. If supplied via CLI, it should check that the valid one is specified and add one if it's not there.
