This code is modified from Bletery and Nocquet (2023) and Bletery and Nocquet (2024), distributed under a Creative Commons license. Any use of this code should credit and cite those two sources.

To run this code, you will need to first follow the instructions at these two separate Zenodo archives provided by Bletery and Nocquet (2023,2024), including installation of various Python packages. The code in this notebook is partially adopted from BN23/BN24, and is partially new code.
