I wanted to cite your paper but the lack of the promised code make me think that I should wait.

I don't understand what is the structure of discriminative network and how to train this network, because the number of ground truth images is very small.

Hello, our team has waiting for your code for about one year, we really want to continue our IQA work on GAN but we find it's really hard to train a GAN model with limited training data. So we sincerely want to learn from your code.

It has been five years. Should've deleted this repo if the authors really don't want to open-source the project in the first place.
