Changed table names to Regions and Sites.

Changed table names to BloomSites and Areas. Created db file but some values are showing up as null. Tried including parameter nullable=False for Site_Name but still shows up at null.

Checked with GSI and modifying schema to include 3 tables - Site, Area, and Bloomdate for 1:Many relationship between Area:Site and Bloomdate:Area.
