Scrape from website relevant data to be used for database about finalproject HOT 4 CLOSED

Successfully scraped the names of the cities where the locations of bloom sites are at. However, the other relevant information (location names and bloom dates) are nested elsewhere and not as headings under the cities. Need to figure out how to scrape those and add to list.

Realized not all the places listed on website are cities of Japan. Changed to region to cover all places listed for database. Was able to scrape the site names and bloom dates and put in a list. Having issues with getting the list of each site to be in a list for each region.

Checked with GSIs cannot put each site for each region due to each sites' data is not nested under each region. Modifying project: scrape just sites and bloom dates. Use csv file that has sites, area, and area type.
