You are welcome to submit pull requests stating the tweak you have tested that gives the "Could not connect. Please Refresh." error.

Please Note: This is not for DRM protection. This tweak does not prevent you from getting banned while using Snapchat tweaks. This tweak is specifically for loading stories and re-enabling the friend adding/removing/options that are disabled due to a few tweaks trying to hook snapchat, which we all know, snapchat hates.
