PasteURL get unexpected result if webpage title contains " ' "
If web page title contain " ' ", Pasteurl get unexpected result:
example:
paste url: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conway's_Game_of_Life to vscode, will get:
[Conway's Game of Life - Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conway's_Game_of_Life)

Support for local file system files
is it possible to add support for local files system URLs
eg. paste C:\folder\sub folder\file name.txt
it pastes as file:///C:/folder/sub%20folder/file%20name.txt

Drag and Drop from Workspace Explorer.
Would it be possible to add functionality to drag and drop "files" from the Workspace. When the "file" is dropped in the markdown file it converts it to a markdown link. Files would be Markdown files or image files.
e.g. if this is the file path F:\Projects\Evaluating\DevDocs\Docsify\docs\Plans\Development.md
the root of the workspace is docs then the link will look like this

fails with YouTube
Hello. Awesome extension. But we are using YouTube to do some research and it does not work with URL pasting!
All URL's pasted from YouTube fail to work correctly and have no information except "YouTube" in the title.
YouTube Links
Inserting YouTube links doesn't work properly. Instead of pulling in the video title, it pulls in "YouTube".
Example:

Move `npm` to `devDependencies`
It seems like the npm package is only used for developing this extension? If so, I suggest moving it to the devDependencies, because it's taking up 17 MB of the extension.
had to install previous version as v0.5.0 has lost ctrl+alt+p functionality...
...command not found error... back to 0.4.4 and all works fine as before
Don't paste characters in title as html encoded
If I paste for vscode marketplace this extension I get the following:

The above link shows correct in preview but in edit view shows as following:
The htmll encoded characters in the title should be removed and replaced with reading display characters.
