With a reverse proxy set up like this, etherpad pads can appear to be in non-standard directories. For example, domain.tld/etherpad/p/padname. This breaks the links that pad-lister generates, because they still point to domain.tld/p/padmane

I'm running etherpad-lite 1.8, plugin installs successfully but /pad-lister just timeouts after a while

After merging #6, it would be nice if a new minor release could be published to npm.

Upon startup, I see this in the server log

It worked just well on my previous pad lister plugin which had /all-pads as its link. I forgot its name.

Please add a locales folder for translations.
