Great! There are plenty of options that could work here, depending on your pipeline and when you want to make the conversion. If you want to read the data directly into R as a SingleCellExperiment, I would recommend the read10xCounts function from the dropletUtils package. Otherwise, Seurat provides some very good conversion functions, such as as.SingleCellExperiment (or, more generally, Convert), which can convert between the different types of objects.
