Billing Access Limit per Domain

The attached script will change dial permissions for a domain on a netsapiens SNAPsolution softswitch based on voipmonitor reaching a billing limit. See https://www.voipmonitor.org/doc/Billing for more info.

1) Update your voipmonitor GUI so you get the new feature to aggregate costs by domain. 

2) Load the script to your QoS server

3) Make the script executable 
chmod +x billinglimit.php

4) In your Alert with type Watchdog: billing over quota
Ensure summary is NOT checked
Ensure domains is checked in the "only by" section
In the external script field enter the path to your script and filename e.g. /home/ubuntu/billinglimit.php
