Update JWT Authentication Method

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Custom implementations of JWT authentication is not really the best idea. Currently, the implementation of the the JWT authentication enabled by this library is an outdated and custom implementation - https://github.com/KrylixZA/Shared-WebApi-Core/blob/master/src/Shared.WebApi.Core/Security/JwtService.cs
