EoS HC Spawn Issue

EoS is ran on the Headless Client, but the AI or anything simply won't spawn in the grid squares (They immediately turn green due to lack of occupation forces)

Issue with AIS

Rare chance that when you go into the Down stage (AIS) you will get right back up and be able to continue walking, severely crippled in speed and aiming accuracy. (This seems to happen when you die on a uneven slope or a abnormality on the terrain)

Collection of EOS Errors. Joint Effort Issue.
