I have a modified version of your project.
I can only thank you for this project which was very instructive for me.

So after Update 1 or some earlier update of SSDT they changed project type string from SQLDB to SSDT and something else happened and now my project template does not appear in project creation dialog.
I think you might have the same issue.
Do you know how to fix this?

How to do isolated or nested roles, company + Group, for e.g. in such a way that, only editors of their company can edit their content?

What are the passwords of sample users which are imported on deployment?

I might just be overlooking an option somewhere but is there a way to create the sql and subsequent cs files to work with 2008 or 2008 R2? When I try to publish or generate script it tells me it can't build 2012 files for a 2008 server. As much as I would love to be using the latest stuff some of the third party software forces us to stick with 2008 R2 for now.

P.S. I know this is for issues but I am pretty new to github and I dont really know where I would post questions like this.

2. Or, do you recommend adding Identity to existing schema?
