Empty Results

It no longer grabs schedules from the registrar. Not sure why. All classrooms at all times are showing as empty.

chrono.py doesn't work properly

When I add a proper subset of time to a chronolist, it should essentially just ignore it.
Instead, it shortens the superset timeblock.

e.g.

chronolist([[8, 22], [9, 10]])

returns

[[8, 10]]

instead of

[[8, 22]]
