The service account for the exporter does not have access to focusConfigs and thus cannot download the CRs for custom costs.

Describe the bug
The CRD status is a list of objects, but it is only populated by one element at a time.

Expected behavior
It should be a single variable.

Problems with image repository name

Two "/" can show in the image name of deployments.

Operator is not namespace-scoped

Describe the bug
The operator is cluster-scoped instead of namespace-scoped. It makes use of ClusterRole instead of Role and ClusterRoleBinding instead of RoleBinding. It should only operate in the given namespace.

The package name is not properly set and "go install" does not work

The package name should be "github.com/krateoplatformops/finops-operator-exporter", instead of "operator-exporter", to allow for go install to work.

Permissions are not set correctly

The operators have too many permissions. It should follow the rule of the least privilege.

Add the capability to deploy a resource exporter. Currently, only "FOCUS" csv exporters can be created.
