To get the nms spigot package, you need to build spigot using BuildTools. This of course doesn't work in CI.

So to make it work, we can use the codemc repository.

Add some utilities for reflection.
It's also required in command system to add commands.

We've been using jenkins for CI/CD and due to server maintenance and finances we no longed have it. It would be useful to setup github actions instead.

Hi, @panda885 , I'd like to report a vulnerability issue in com.kraftics:krafticslib:0.4.0.

Issue Description

com.kraftics:krafticslib:0.4.0 directly or transitively depends on 6 C libraries (.so) cross many platforms(such as x86-64, x86, arm64, armhf). However, I noticed that one C libraries is vulnerable, containing the following CVEs:

libsqlitejdbc.so from C project sqlite(version:3.8.11) exposed 6 vulnerabilities:
CVE-2019-19646, CVE-2019-19645, CVE-2019-8457, CVE-2018-8740, CVE-2017-10989, CVE-2016-6153

Suggested Vulnerability Patch Versions

sqlite has fixed the vulnerabilities in versions >=3.37.0

Java build tools cannot report vulnerable C libraries, which may induce potential security issues to many downstream Java projects.
Could you please upgrade the above shared libraries to their patch versions?

Change group if id to com.kraftics.liberium as that's more accurate to maven specifications

Relates to #15

Merge the command module into api, because it's a core feature and could get annoying to import everytime.
It will also make some coding easier.

Components will not be a feature in v2 and therefore are no longer needed in LiberiumPlugin.

Probably fixed by implementing the dependencies in build.gradle

The build job is running task build which also includes check, the wanted task is assemble

I only have a basic design in my head and will be posting more about it in comments.

The current module system in LiberiumPlugin is basic and would need to be changed.
