The premise is that it's a fully interactive option chain for Ethereum that uses a modularized smart contract architecture, where you can view an order book of smart contracts - each collateralized with 5 ETH (for call options) and the corresponding amount of collateral for put options.

The standardized amount is 5 ETH, so testing an order book of 15 - 20 Smart Contracts would require a fairly sizable amount of kETH.

When I try to get faucet using Faucet.kovan.network the system sends a success message. However looking at the transaction it begins as in pending status and after a long period it gets cancelled. The error message is: "Warning! Error encountered during contract execution [Out of gas]".

These are mostly around stress testing our storage model and to validate the absence of underflows / overflows.

We are building a platform for new and experienced investors to safely invest in any projects with a relation to blockchain (and later with no relation to blockchain), in a way that makes sense in 2018 and beyond. No more large amounts of money getting stolen, no more projects that receive millions and don't deliver (we implement a funding mechanism based on milestones) and no more confusion about how to invest and what to do next or how to decide which project is good or not. All of this is based on the community itself, which has a final vote in what happens next to a project and its investment round. The community has a very large and prominent role in all of this.

Obviously the funds are distributed through smart contracts, created on the fly (automatically by the platform, tailored to the needs of the specific project). When tokens are distributed, they can be swapped for other tokens, so that waiting very long for an exchange listing is not really needed anymore.

In order for the community to test our platform, they'll need some funds to get them started on investing in projects so that they can collect tokens and swap them amongst each other.

I expect that we will need between 1-2 KETH per user.

Not so much an issue, but curious as to how your faucet is able to handle parallel blockchain calls. Do you have your own nonce-management system via web3 subprovider? Or is there something else

So far we've been running manual one-off tests with keth from the faucets and have been very happy with the speed (esp. compared to Ropsten).

However our automated tests include many test scenarios, some with a lot of nodes (each of which requires their own account with a minimum required deposit).
