Github link at the header must transform to a apply link -> we are pushing new kottans to apply, not to use github

Add some info (text, photos etc.) about IT Jam 2015.

Current situation:
Links to Twitter, GitHub and Facebook are situated in the footer without icons -> a little bit difficult to find them by user.

As a user I want to share link on useful presentation to my friend. But I can send only link to root. and then explain where to go.
Or I want to add presentation to my reading list - to read them later.

Currently there're a lot of questions whether courses will be held online or in a classroom. Should fix that by adding a note/

I think that we better use google form + news feed for this.
We are confusing ppl with form without information when the next course will happen.
@sudodoki what do you think about this?

Time passes, coaches change & somebody, who was active 2 years ago, might not be seen on current courses. I suggest adding some sort of tree to display coaches of different courses & having only random bunch of those be shown on the main page. It will solve #13 & issue w/ outdated coach info.

When at ~760px width, when you hover over course checkbox it's description would be overlapped by form.

I would suggest adding cursor: pointer for button & also distinguish between valid/invalid form state - so that you would be able to tell button is disabled when form doesn't have all the required fields filled out.
