I get the following errors when I trying to build the solution:

E:\github\korser1\Swagger-Net.Examples\WebApi\SwaggerConfig.cs(17,18,17,31): error CS0101: The namespace 'WebApi' already contains a definition for 'SwaggerConfig'
E:\github\korser1\Swagger-Net.Examples\WebApi\App_Start\SwaggerConfig.cs(9,12,9,37): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'PreApplicationStartMethodAttribute' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
E:\github\korser1\Swagger-Net.Examples\WebApi\App_Start\SwaggerConfig.cs(9,12,9,37): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'PreApplicationStartMethod' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
E:\github\korser1\Swagger-Net.Examples\WebApi\SwaggerConfig.cs(19,28,19,36): error CS0111: Type 'SwaggerConfig' already defines a member called 'Register' with the same parameter types

Adding using System.Web; resolves the CS0246 errors.
Deleting one of the SwaggerConfig.cs files resolves the CS0111 errors.

apiKey authentication: apiKey is not being passed in header

I am using swagger-Net v 8.3.1.101 for .net 4.6.2

I enabled api key authentication but the apiKey is not being passed in the header.
Code like below,

                        c.ApiKey("apiKey")
                            .Description("API Key Authentication")
                            .Name("apiKey")
                            .In("header");

                        c.EnableApiKeySupport("apiKey", "header");
