Because the button decoration is only triggered when a match is opened, it makes sense to initially check for resources. If a resource is found, the button should be available, if not, the button may be greyed out.
This requires a new mechanism in the plugin system, but may allow for further improvements, like: Showing an icon from the data provider next to the button.

Currently only the provider and the link is stored per text sigle. It may be beneficial to store JSON blobs instead, to, e.g., store provider icons, license agreeements, descriptions etc. in there as well.
