As an administrator installing Konveyor, I need guidance of how I may add/configure additional users for Konveyor.

Hi,

Currently, I have set up the konveyor tackle locally using Kubernetes by following this guide: https://konveyor.github.io/tackle/installation/

I have created multiple users in keycloak and have assigned them the role of tackle-architect and I am also able to log in using these different users in Tackle.

The problem that I am facing right now is that any application that is created by UserA is also visible to UserB and vice-versa.
Is there a way I can restrict the users to view only specific applications and their related data?

Can you please share your thoughts on this, will be really helpful.
Kindly let me know if this is not the right forum and if I have to ask this question somewhere else.

Issue Description

Currently, in the https://konveyor.github.io/konveyor/installation/ guide, the Logging in to Konveyor UI step is missing an additional troubleshooting step that includes port forwarding the cluster IP to localhost:8080

The installation documentation found here needs to be updated. Eventually, we would like this document to be sourced from https://github.com/konveyor/operator, but even the README.md there isn't properly up to date.

What needs to be done?

Go through the installation described:

• In this repository
• In the operator repository
• The install-tackle.sh script in konveyor/operator
• The helm install/uninstall method in konveyor/operator

And create issues (or even better submit Pull Requests!) against the konveyor/operator to unify the installation procedure.

Specifically, what we want to have is installation instructions for the following use cases:

1. A developer who is contributing to the project (this would be the helm (un)install or operator-sdk run bundle methods)...install from source with highest level of customization of the components to be run.
2. A user who wants the very latest...from main.
3. A user who wants a specific version... ie v0.3.0 -- https://operatorhub.io/operator/konveyor-operator/konveyor-0.3/konveyor-operator.v0.3.0

Reorganize the website content into 4 sections following - https://diataxis.fr/

Create the following sections:

• Content
• Tasks
• Tutorials
• Reference

• Remove outdated content
• Add information relevant to 0.3.0
• Update screenshots if needed
