Nieco chyba v config-u?
Found sections 'thumbnail', 'extensions' in configuration, but corresponding extensions are missing.
add possibility for absolute filepath
Could you please somehow add posibility to ignore www dir here https://github.com/Kollarovic/ThumbnailHelper/blob/master/AbstractGenerator.php#L69.
Use-case: Passing absolute image filepath to helper results in wrong image path (www dir is prepended).
filename need not to be unique
If some images have same basename, thumbnail path is ambigious (two or more images point to same thumbnail). I have solved this by adding simple hash placeholder which is replaced by md5 value of source filepath.
Support for external sites?
are this library support for external sites / cross domain image ?
