Currently, after launch, other players are still at the start position

Consideration

• When player is shortening / lengthening, we need to broadcast the action.
• Within the HookSystem we just need to update the position received from the socket and draw the line and apply back the velocity again.

Don't broadcast for single player (even with bot)
