Para comenzar a usar Rstudio

.# docker compose up -d

Para pararlo dentro de la instancia de gitpod.

.# docker compose down

Como puede ver en el fichero compose.yaml, el usuario de Rstudio es gitpod y contraseña bioc

Una vez parada la instancia o rearmada, usar el mismo modo de uso.
