Instead of just calling getmap() on the first layer found in the getcapabilities result, call it for all layers and store the associated images returned from adaguc-server.

Because a background map and a border map is now also retrieved when performing the WMS GetMap request for a layer, this makes the response very slow, especially if there are a lot of layers.
If this becomes a problem, we should send several requests in parallel.

In order to call adaguc-server with a meaningful input to run its checks on the adaguc-checker should construct a QUERY_STRING from the input file given on the command line. Also there should be a configuration file that allows adaguc-server to make sense of the input file. Basis should maybe be autowms?

Currently the hostname is hard coded to the hostname is should have in a docker file set from another project (not on github).

Allow the hostname of the adaguc server to be given on the command line or as an environment variable.
