Two issues are missing
The number of test case in common mark spec is 624 while this project has only 622 tests.
Supports Commonmark 0.29

Children of inline images
In common mark specification, image labels are parsed as well as labels of inline links.
However, children of images is one inline text which has alt property as its text in current implement.
Support math

More detail spec is required
Add macOS and linux test to azure pipelines
Create InlineParser
Currently, all methods involving inline parsing are in InlineElementUtils class as static methods.
However, is not good way and InlineParser class which have non-static methods are necessary.
