Prerequisites: There is at least one BIP page created.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to "Plugins".
2. Deactivate the "BIP for Wordpress" plugin.
3. Go to "Pages".

Expected outcome: All plugin-created pages are found here, they are normal Wordpress pages now.
Actual outcome: No plugin-created pages are available, their type did not change.

Additional notes: If plugin was not removed, only deactivated, activating it again brings these pages back (they are not deleted)

For a path with /index.php/ -- the search module does not post to the correct endpoint, resulting in the main page being loaded, rather than a search results page.

I think this might be theme-related, but I'm gonna throw it here anyway.

1. Open menu in the top right corner.

Expected outcome: No unnecessary free space.
Actual outcome: A lot of unnecessary free space, more above the pages, less below.

Write instruction text and store it in a txt file

From Basia: show a model BIP (via links or examples in text) to help understand what is required by law.

I'm not entirely sure this is related to the plugin, but it did show up only on the pages created by this plugin, so I am going to report it anyway.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Expected outcome: "Edit" button's block is just a little bit longer than the text in it
Actual outcome: "Edit" button' block extends all the way with the footer with the information about the person that created the page.

Additional notes: Also reproducible on every user-created page.

Prerequisites: Plugin set up properly.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Move BIP main page and user manual page to trash.
2. Turn off and remove the plugin.
3. Install it again.
4. Set it up.
5. Go to BIP pages.

Expected outcome: New BIP main page and user manual page were created after reinstalling the plugin.
Actual outcome: No new pages were created.

Additional notes: Removing old main page and user manual from trash prior to reinstalling the plugin sets these up properly.
