I have an issue with the instruction.
After the update, at what point should I start to get xdrip on my watch (stratos).
You did mention there we dont need to boot the watch, yet i don't know where to start now with the instalation.

Big respect to all the time and efforts you've put to this project.
I am sorry if there is such, but I haven't found detailed info like manuals, photos, etc, describing in details how to install the widget. Also if I may ask you what are the working functionalities compared to those available on the WearOS. For instance: would the watch indicate loss of communication with phone, missed readings, could it snooze alarms, Is it capable of showing loop information.
I apologize for putting my questions here as an issue. I realize this is not the right place, but as strange as it sounds I asked for info in a few other forums, like in some Facebook and gitter groups and got no response.

After installing apk and enabling Amazfit service in xDrip+, I cannot change watch face in Amazfit Watch App to new one (I still have 30 standard watch faces).

App version: 0.2.1
Amazfit Watch app version: 2.6.7
xDrip+ app version : de1c610-2018.11.02
Amazfit Pace ROM version : 2.8.1.0

This project can also include a watchface.

The data must be saved in a system value (and be updated) and then the watchface can show them. The only problem is the update interval (the locked screen updates in specific cases). A work around could be updating the watchface every time calories,heart rate or weather is updated...

I had to make an "adb root" before being able to mount the system as read/write one... with "adb remount".
Not sure if it's normal, but worked for me.

Any plans to support Amazfit BIP?

I hope this makes it clear for everyone who wants to install the apk.

Before you can install the apk you need to unlock the bootloader and gain root access:

1. Unlock the bootloader
   Go to https://forum.xda-developers.com/smartwatch/amazfit/tutorial-unlock-bootloader-warning-void-t3654011 and follow the instructions

2. Download temporary bootloader
   Download this file https://mega.nz/#!cckXRRbD!aWEEyD28OZUpaVaSshzAHqUQbGntV1wigjt95Tx2BZE and unzip it.

3. Flash temporary bootloader

• With your watch connected to the computer issue the command "adb shell reboot bootloader"
• When the fastboot screen appears on the watch, you can flash the temp bootloader: fastboot boot /home/tobias/src/pace/temp_root_adb/boot-US-adb-root.img
• You might see a FAILED message from fastboot that can be ignored. The watch will reboot.

4. Pushing the apk

• After the watch finished rebooting you need to remount the file system writable: adb remount
• And finally push the apk onto the watch: adb push xDripwidget.apk /system/priv-app
• Reboot the watch again (root priviliges will be lost): adb reboot

5. Updating the app:

• Repeat steps 3 and 4.

I installed the 0.2.0 apk and rebooted phone and watch. But there is still no data shown on the watch. I tried xDrip+ nightlys from July 6th and 13th. Even "send data again" does nothing. The xDrip log shows "Service is connected" and "Send Data to watch".
It was working fine with the 0.1.x releases.
