There are plans to transform this package into an Open Data Platform (ODP) Amsterdam. With the intention that it will be easier to add other datasets from municipalities to this project, starting with the garage occupancy and the reading of all parking spots + filter on eType (general disabled parking spaces).

The name garages_amsterdam disappears and becomes odp_amsterdam (available on pypi)
Repository will be renamed to python-odp-amsterdam
The old package will remain on PyPi until the Home Assistant integration is transferred to the new package

The municipality's dataset consists of both parking garages for bicycles and cars, adding a category makes it easier to filter on the dataset.

How would this feature be useful?

So that we can use the exact timestamp for updated_at in NIPKaart instead of when the data was updated by our docker container.

Adding an extra attribute to the Garage model, please note that the value is given in UTC.
